Skill Councils was set up as an autonomous industry-led body for directing skill development and training programs across country. The Amitansh Skills create Occupational Standards, develop competency framework, conduct trainings and Trainer Programs, affiliate Vocational Training Institutes, conduct skill gap studies in their sector leading to a Labor Market Information System and most importantly Assess and Certify trainees on the curriculum aligned to National Occupational Standards developed by them.
Amitansh Skills in partnership with NSDC imparts sector skill training across India to create industry specific skill building training and employability options for the candidates. Amitansh has been a part of the Skill Development Mission and actively contributes to the growing need of skilled manpower across sectors by narrowing the existing gap in the capacity and quality of training infrastructure. We are also partnered with State Government, and non-government organizations to tackle the outstanding manpower challenges.
